Matriman.com is an elegant and easy tool to create personal wedding websites. Additional functionality includes planning tools, budget tracker, and enables networking with other users. Any user of this/these service is a Matriman.com 'User'.
Matriman.com also offers a directory of vendors and service providers and are herein referred to as 'Vendors'.
General Terms
All Users and Vendors hereby represent that the following are all true:
You are 18 years or older.
You accept sole responsibility for all of your activities on the site, including your conduct on the site and any and all content you may submit, post or share via Matriman.com.

You will not use the service for any unauthorized or illegal purpose.
You will not upload or transmit viruses, worms or any other destructive code.

Matriman.com also reserves the right to remove any personal wedding website that it determines is malicious and mis-represents the information and with or without any prior notice to the user.
Matriman.com makes no representation that it can protect its users from exposure to offensive material. Matriman.com will not be liable for the content of any user submission and expressly disclaims all liability relating thereto.
Matriman.com respects the intellectual property of others, and it is our policy to respond to claims of alleged infringement that complies with the IP & Copyright Acts. Part of the Matriman.com service allows 'Vendors' to display information about themselves and for Users to search, connect, and review vendors. Matriman.com does not in any way endorse or guarantee any Vendor or any User.
Matriman.com is not responsible for any product, service, or agreement offered by any Vendor or User.
Matriman.com takes reasonable efforts to ensure the validity of information posted but cannot guarantee any such information. Matriman.com cannot be held liable for any consequence of misinformation posted by a Vendor or User.
User may post bad reviews about Vendors. Matriman.com is in no way responsible for the content of reviews and will not remove them unless they are found to be fraudulent or otherwise in violation of these Terms.
Rejection & Removal
Matriman.com reserves the right to reject, refuse or remove any User Account, Vendor Account, Review, Website, Listing, or any other information deemed to be inappropriate for any reason, at our sole discretion. Any activity that is deemed to be fraudulent or an attempt to undermine any of the services offered by Matriman.com will result in the negligent account being swiftly removed.
Indemnification

Matriman.com disclaims any responsibility for any harm resulting from downloading or accessing any information or material on the Internet through the Matriman.com service.
